Finding your tracking number

Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the carrier scans your parcel — normally 2 to 4 business days after you order. It is also shown on your order confirmation page.

Tracking has not updated for a few days

This is normal during international transit. Parcels can go quiet for up to 7 days while moving between carriers, then update all at once on arrival in your country.

Still nothing after 20 business days?

Email support@my-store.example with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is genuinely lost, we reship or refund in full.

Multiple items, multiple parcels

Orders with several items may ship separately so nothing is held back. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
