Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Standard tracked shipping: free on all orders

Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days after processing

Remote or rural destinations: up to 21 business days

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections and severe weather are outside our control.

Customs, duties and taxes

Grandbuys is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by your country. Any charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@my-store.example within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
