How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 14 business days for most destinations. Remote regions can take a little longer.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Where is my tracking number?

You receive it by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier, usually 2 to 4 days after ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

What if something arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full — you keep the damaged item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Any import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
